Education Conference Begins!
Thursday's Education Conference was informative, empowering, and extremely beneficial to attendees who learned, became motivated, and networked with other colleagues in our industry.
Exhibitor Set-Up is Booming!
Huge trucks are unloading 20 foot palms; piles of bricks are turning into lavish walkways; and stark booths are morphing into lush forests. What does this mean?? The 2009 Nursery/Landscape EXPO is here!

Envisioning the Show!
At this time of show prep, it is hard to envision how beautiful the show will be. It seems we make a big mess before it all comes together. See you there!

It is the courage to continue that counts!

I recently heard that saying and realized very quickly it sums up the spirit of EXPO and the Green Industry. I believe that in stressful times people tend to rally. They like to rally together. It is at EXPO that the Green Industry in the South Central United States comes together. That is a good thing.
The show is coming together nicely. We saw the t-shirt sample yesterday. It is very nice and clean. The color is a light tan. The floor plan for 2010 booth sales has been finalized. Booth Sales will hopefully be active. We also have the artwork for the 2010 show that will be unveiled. It is gorgeous. Th etheme for next year was taken from the 4 pillars that San Antonio has adopted for tehir city - People, Pride, Passion, Promise. That is our show, as well!
Lots of things happening at the show this year. It is a place where courage rallies through the gathering of people. See you there.
