EXPO's Annual Welcome Party is an incredible event to attend and one of the best ways to make valuable connections with the Green Industry.
Here are some networking tips for this year's Welcome Party:
- Get there early if you want a table rest your feet and sit among old friends or share a seat at the table with new ones
- Be sure to bring some extra business cards, you never know who might run into
- Step away from the known and into the unknown by introducing yourself to a few new people
- When meeting someone new, try to repeat their name several times during the conversation so that it sticks when you see them again on the Tradeshow floor
- Try to spend more time listening than talking and leave the sales pitch behind
